Instant Replay Sports Grille is truly 'not your daddy's sports bar...' We pride ourselves on serving great food, and giving outstanding service to every guest. The menu features an inspired selection of quality steaks, unique pastas, and creative burgers and salads. Our sauces are made daily in our 'from scratch' kitchen using fresh herbs and spices. Food is our passion and I know you will be able to tell that we take no shortcuts.

When we purchased Instant Replay in April, our first plan of action was to develop a seasonal menu. The idea was to offer some different and exciting items...different and exciting in terms of offering some items that you wouldn't expect to get at a 'Sports Bar', like steaks, pastas, unique salads, and original burgers. The first seasonal menu was a big hit, and it began to establish us a place that you can come and eat a meal, not just have a sandwich and a beer.
In June we re-wrote our entire menu, and included many of the items from the first seasonal menu. We also added an entire page of pastas and entrees. You can't walk into another sports bar in Wisconsin and get a homemade Seafood Lasagna, or our Mediterranean Salmon. We use fresh herbs, our sauces are homemade, and we take time to put each dish together. We take pride in the food we serve.
Throughout the year, we will continue to develop new items to be featured in our seasonal menus. The seasonal menus are designed to be a taste of the season, and also to be limited time...since we can't re-write our menu every couple of months, we can make a new seasonal menu every few to keep us fresh, and to keep people asking...'what will they do next?'.

REWARDS
Earn points for all of your purchases. 1 point for every dollar purchased. When your account reaches 250 points, they are automatically deducted and a $25 reward is added to your card.
Earn double points every Tuesday and during lunch from 11am to 2pm Monday through Friday.
MVPs get 50% off all food purchases between 2pm and 4pm AND 9pm and 11pm seven days a week.
Can't make it then? MVP club members get 10% off food orders 7 days a week, open to close.
Members get drink specials all day, every day!

RULES
1. Instant Replay MVP Points are available on qualifying purchases at Instant Replay. You must present your MVP Card at the time of purchase to receive your points. The MVP Card is not valid with any other offer. This means that if you have a coupon or other promotional offer, no points or MVP discounts will be issued for that visit. You have to choose one or the other.
2. You can only have one active card at a time and you must have an email address to qualify. Lost or stolen cards are replaceable.
3. You will be awarded 1 base point for every $1 purchased. Points will not be issued for tax or tip. You will receive a receipt after every purchase which will serve as a confirmation that your points were credited to your account.

4. To qualify for points on a banquet function, you must be a cardholder prior to booking the event. Points will not to be issued for room rental or service charges and there is a limit of 2,000 points per event. The cardholder must be the individual paying for the event. (Sorry, the Tuesday Double Points program in not available for catered or banquet events.)
5. Points may be earned only by the MVP Cardholder who pays the check. Points will be issued for the purchase of gift cards. Points will not be issued upon gift card redemption.
6. Your points will be credited to your account within 24 hours. You will be able to check your balance on line at www.instantreplaysportsgrille.com. Please allow 48 hours after joining for us to activate your card and update your enrollment information.
7. Every time your account reaches 250 points, the points will automatically be deducted and a $25 Reward will be issued. Its just that simple! Accounts are updated daily after the close of business. Once you pass the 250 point threshold, our system will automatically deduct the 250 points and credit your card $25. This may take 24 hours to process.
8. Now for the fine print: Instant Replay Sports Grille reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the MVP Loyalty Card program, and to alter, limit, modify or add to the MVP Loyalty Card rules, regulation, terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards and reward levels, all without prior notice, at any time.
9. Except where required by law or provided for in the program rules, Instant Replay's MVP points have no cash value. Points are surrendered for award redemption only.
10. Instant Replay Sports Grille reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all or a portion of a members point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means or in a manner not authorized in the Official Rules & Conditions or in other legal or equitable remedy which may be available for the Instant Replay MVP Card Program under applicable law.
11. We occasionally send e-mail to random Instant Replay MVP members with discount offers and information about our MVP Card reward program. We will never share or sell our list of MVP Members.
12. MVP Cards expire on December 31st 2010. Upon renewal, all points and reward balances will be transferred to the new card.
13. MVP Cards not renewed on or after January 1st are automatically cancelled. All points and reward balances will be forfeited. Use it or lose it.

Q. What is the MVP Program?
A. This is Instant Replay's Loyalty program designed to reward our Guests. Members earn points for their purchases (1 point for every $1 purchased) and when you reach 250 points, $25 in food and beverage credit will automatically be added to your account overnight.
Q. Why were 250 points deducted from my account?
A. Every time your account reaches 250 points, the points will automatically be deducted and a $25 Reward will be issued.
Q. When can I spend my rewards?
A. When your account exceeds 250 points, the system will automatically deduct the points overnight and issue a $25 credit on the card. Anytime you see more than 250 points on your receipt, the system will deduct the 250 points and you will have a $25 reward to use on your next visit.

Q. How do I join?
A. Cards are sold for $25. Renewals are sold for $20. Then guests simply fill out a short application at Instant Replay. We need your name, e-mail address, zip code and date of birth. Thats all we need to get you started. You will receive your card and begin earning points immediately on that same visit.
Q. What if I dont have e-mail access?
A. Most people have e-mail access either at work, the library or you can use you a relatives or neighbors e-mail address. The e-mail access is the key to our program. We will be able to communicate directly and quickly with our Guests. We want to be able to keep you updated on new promotions and opportunities for even more rewards! If you have absolutely no access to e-mail, you will still accumulate points and earn food, beverage and merchandise credits. Since we wont be able to contact you, there may be a few rewards and benefits that you will miss out on but you will still be able to participate.
Q. After I have enrolled, when will my points appear on my account?
A. Within 48 hours. If they have not appeared within 48 hours call hour MVP help desk.
Q. When placing a lunch order on Tuesday, will my double points, double again?
A. No. Sorry, although we do offer double points on Tuesdays and double points on lunch orders everyday, points can only be doubled once on any given transaction.
Q. Do I get double points on the 50% off Afternoon and Late Night Break discount between 2:00pm and 4:00pm and 9pm and 11pm on a Tuesday?
A. Yes.
Q. When I redeem my rewards, will I earn points?
A. No. We do not issue points on the amount you have redeemed. For example, if your bill is $36 and you redeem $25 in rewards, you will only earn 11 points for that visit.
Q. I have received a coupon in the mail for Instant Replay. Can I use the coupon and earn points as well?
A. Yes. You will earn points for the amount of money you spend on that visit. You will not receive points for the free items you received.
Q. Can I earn points for catered events?
A. Yes. The rule is that only the person paying the check may receive points on their account. A member can receive up to 2,000 points for a catered function provided that they were a member prior to booking the event. Obviously points will not be issued for tax, gratuity or room rental charges.
Q. What if I lose my card?
A. No problem. You can be re-issued a card at Instant Replay , and points and rewards can be transferred.
Q. Will my MVP Card ever expire?
A. Provided a card is renewed after 12/31/10, points and rewards never expire. Cards that are not renewed in 2011 are automatically cancelled and the points and reward balances are forfeited.
Q. If my card is cancelled due to non-renewal, can I get it back?
A. Sure, just stop in with your old card. We will reload your points and money onto a new card.

Every Monday through Sunday between 2 pm and 4 pm, and 9pm and 11pm, join us for our 50% Afternoon and Late Night breaks. Members get 50% off all food purchases from our regular menu.
Watch your points accumulate even faster. Every Tuesday you will receive Double Points for your purchases. (Sorry, the Tuesday Double Points program is not available for catered events.)
MVPs always earn Double Points during lunch Monday through Friday from 11am to 2pm.

Jordan
Jordan is one of the Co-Owners of Instant Replay. He was a manager when Instant Replay opened in November 2008.
Jordan graduated from UW - La Crosse with a degree in Biomedical Science and Chemistry in 2003.
He got married in November and is the biggest Bengals fan in Green Bay.
Matt
Matt is one of the Co-Owners of Instant Replay. Jordan and Matt bought the restaurant in April 2009, and were both managers when Instant Replay opened in November 2008.
Rob
Rob is a bartender at Instant Replay. He's surprisingly nimble for his size, quick with a joke, and will more than likely remember what you were drinking the first time you come back.
Mandy
Mandy slings drinks primarily on the weekends. She leads the league in 'opposing teams' fans coming back the
next day to get her number'.
Steph
Steph has been serving and bartending at Instant Replay since it opened in November 2008. If she's ever served you, chances are you requested her the next time.
Kelsey
Kelsey is a server and a bartender at Instant Replay. Don't be fooled by the innocent smile, she likes to party AND broom dance.
Brian
Brian started at Instant Replay in 2008. The best tip I can give you: He's joking.
Caitlin
Caitlin is the newest server at Instant Replay. Don't worry though, she's familiar with her surroundings. She spent so much time at the bar, she figured she may as well get paid.
Ryan
Ryan started serving at Instant Replay in August 2009. If you recognize him, it may be because he tried to sell you a vaccuum, or a cell phone.
Ali
Ali has been at Instant Replay since November 2008. Sometimes we have to tell her guests to stop talking to her so she can get to her other tables. Refreshing: a young person with tons of personality
Devin
He's been smiling since November 2008 and hasn't stopped since. Devin started as a server, now he splits his time between serving and bartending. Affectionately know by some as 'Sweet Nuggets'.
Vanessa
Vanessa defected from Margaritas in April 2009. Her vast knowledge of 'Meximerican' food hasn't helped her here at all. She has a nautical themed pashmina afghan.
Rory
Rory started serving at Instant Replay in November 2009 via a high recommendation from Ali. She was right.
Ani
Pronounced 'ahh-nee', she started in August 2009. Ask her if servers are allowed to wear shorts.
Phil
Phil has been guest bartending at Instant Replay for about 3 months. He's finally ready to take the reigns on his own for a few nights a week. Be patient with him, he did get cut from the cheerleading team.
Jay
Jay started at Instant Replay in December of 2009. He's a server and all around good guy.
Frank
Never trust a guy with two first names. Frank came to us after admitting his former employer had the decency to terminate him over the phone. We're still trying to figure out why they even called...a text would have been just as classy.
